会社沿革　History

1998年7月 Jul., 1998	大阪市東住吉区にて、高純度シリコン材料の輸入会社として会社設立。 Our company was originally established as the importer of high purity silicon material in Osaka, Japan.
2000年11月 Nov., 2000	大阪市天王寺区勝山に、本社移転。 Our head office moved to Katsuyama Tennouji-Ku Osaka
2004年1月 Jan., 2004	韓国にて、自動車用部品組立ラインのメンテナンス業務を開始。同時に、韓国ソウル市にソウル事務所開設。 In Korea, we started the new business, the maintenance of the assembly line for the car parts.
2006年11月 Nov., 2006	大阪市天王寺区に「新陽マテリアル株式会社」を設立。輸出入・在庫管理業務を移管。 "SINYO MATERIAL Co.,Ltd." was established as the business administrator of the trade and the inland stock.
2007年3月 Mar., 2007	中国上海市に現地法人「上海真曜貿易有限公司」を設立。同時に、中国上海市に上海事務所を開設。 "SHANGHAI SINYO Co.,Ltd." was established in Shanghai, China.
2011年8月 Aug., 2011	ISO 9001：2015 , JIS 9001：2015　認証取得。 We've acquired the certification of ISO 9001：2015 , JIS 9001：2015
2012年7月 Jul., 2012	大阪市天王寺区空堀町に、本社移転。 Our head office moved to the present address.
2025年11月 Nov., 2025	大阪市城東区諏訪(現住所)に、本社移転。 Our head office moved to the present address.
